Hi There,

I'm Christina, the founder of Kama Muta Beauty.

I started Kama Muta because I believe makeup is about so much more to . It has always helped me feel more confident, more like myself, and ready to take on whatever life brings. My dream was to create a beauty brand that not only makes incredible products but also builds a community of women who support each other, give back, and lead with kindness.

A little about me: I'm a nurse, a mom, and I was born and raised in Los Angeles, where I still live today. My favorite sport is baseball (go Dodgers!), and a fun fact is that I'm actually a triplet.

One of the reasons Kama Muta means so much to me is because a portion of every purchase helps support women's health initiatives and organizations helping women affected by breast cancer—a cause that is very close to my heart. As a nurse and breast cancer survivor, I wanted this brand to stand for something bigger than makeup alone.

Giving Back Was Never Plan B. It Was Always the Plan.

Before we ever sold a single lip gloss, we made our first donation. We donated $500 to Warriors Way, a Milwaukee nonprofit that supports women living with breast cancer. The donation helped fund a retreat for women currently in treatment—a place where they could connect, heal, and find strength alongside others who truly understand their journey. That donation wasn't funded by product sales. It came directly from our founder. Why? Because Kama Muta Beauty was never created to be just another beauty brand. Our founder is a breast cancer survivor who understands firsthand how life-changing support, community, and hope can be during treatment. After her own experience, she knew she wanted to build something bigger than makeup—a company where beauty could create real impact. That's why giving back has been part of our mission from day one. Looking Toward 2030 Our vision is ambitious because the cause deserves it. By 2030, our goal is to donate 25% of Kama Muta Beauty's net profits to organizations dedicated to breast cancer research, survivor support, early detection, and patient advocacy. We know meaningful change doesn't happen overnight. It happens one step, one customer, and one milestone at a time. That first $500 donation was our first step. As our community grows, so will our impact. We'll continue sharing every donation, every partnership, and every milestone with complete transparency because we want our customers to know exactly how their support is making a difference.
